How can I buy artworks from Crookedman Studio? There are a number of ways to purchase from Crookedman Studio. You can either use our online shopping facility, or order by phone. We also have a shop on Etsy.com . Whatever method you choose Crookedman Studio offers a 30-day ‘no hassle’ money-back guarantee.

What level of customer support is offered at Crookedman Studio?
 Our customer support team are available from Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm CST and will be more than happy to answer your questions by email or telephone.

Can I get personalized advice online The art experts at Crookedman Studio can respond to your questions about types of art, purchasing, framing, shipping, displaying, and caring for the work you select.

Payment options PayPal is suggested and we accept all major credit and debit cards for payment online.

When will I receive my order? Shipping time will vary depending on what type of artworks is being shipped and how they are packaged, as well as location. Generally delivery takes 3-5 business days, however during busier periods please allow up to one week. If your artwork requires specialist packing you will be notified of this during the ordering process and a representative of Crooked Man Studio will be in touch.

What guarantee of authenticity will I get with my artwork? There are a number of different ways in which the work will be authenticated. Most prints will be signed and numbered by the artist. In any case, all artworks will arrive with an Crookedman Studio certificate of authenticity endorsement.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is currently charged at a flat rates – see details at checkout.

Can I ship to a location other than my home? Yes. When you are purchasing from Crookedman Studio you are given the option to ship to any address that you choose.

Is the artwork insured? All items are fully insured during transit to cover damage, loss or non-delivery. If, for whatever reason, you are concerned about the status of your delivery, please contact us

What is your returns policy?
 f you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you.

Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged provided that you:

  • Contact our customer service department within 5 business days of receiving your order.
  • Return unopened products in original, sale-able condition in the original shipping carton.
  • Include your receipt (packing slip) along with a brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item(s).
  • Return within 30 days of the shipment date on the order’s packing slip.

We will gladly replace returned items with a new selection of your choice or refund you the cost of the item(s) (less Shipping & Handling). Crookedman Studio will not accept returns of damaged items.
